Partners

HSJ, Incorporated has ongoing relationships with some of the top consulting and marketing companies in the world.  The following companies have working relationships with HSJ and are working to provide value to the clients served.

Track Record Enterprises LLC

Track Record Enterprises LLC (“TRE”) served as the exclusive and official marketing firm for the Southern California Olympians, the largest regional Olympic Association in the world for nearly 20 years. In this capacity, TRE Founding Partner Tom Mills has personally supervised hundreds of events, programs, projects, television & radio commercials and public service announcements.

TRE has worked with such world class companies and organizations as the University of Notre Dame, Nike, the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee, Disney, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Anheuser Busch, McDonald’s, Shell Oil, AT&T, the national “Got Milk?” campaign for Milk Pep, Phillips Van Heusen and its “Save Ellis Island” campaign, the Association of American Book Publishers, Visa, ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC for prime-time series consulting for Olympians, the “Oprah Show,” “the “Larry King Show,” Time Magazine, Newsweek Magazine, ESPN and the Los Angeles Times just to name just a few.

Tom Mills has utilized his knowledge of both the sports and music industries to maximize situations and to create creative solutions for clients. When the U.S. Olympic Committee was hosting special national competitions that were named “The Olympic Festival,” TRE supervised the music production for both Opening Ceremonies and Closing Ceremonies for the North Carolina Olympic Festival. TRE also created original music for promotional purposes in advance of this major event.

Immediately following his graduation from Loyola Law School in the early 80′s, Tom Mills formed an exclusive partnership with one of the greatest music composers in the history of American prime-time television, Mike Post. TRE featured the exclusive services of Mike Post for the production of hundreds of television and radio commercials for sponsors and later Mills supervised all of the music contracts for ABC Television’s “Dolly” prime-time series featuring the legendary Dolly Parton.

Currently, Mills provides marketing consulting with long-time friends who manage some of the leading Olympians in the U.S.  For one of the biggest stars who will not be named here, TRE is the only such marketing consultant to have the honor and privilege of working on her behalf. TRE has intentionally kept its work private so that the attention of the industry will not be diverted outside of his clients.

Finally, TRE is now beginning to work with one of the world’s great portraiture artists, the great Russian-American “Master of Ascending Realism,” Igor Babailov. He has created official commissions for such world icons as Pope Benedict XVI and Pope John Paul II as well as for a number of world leaders and leading sports figures and celebrities. Igor is considered by many experts to be a modern day Michelangelo so it is a distinct honor for Tom Mills to work on behalf of him as well.

Fieldturf/Tarkett Sports

FieldTurf was developed and engineered for athletes, by athletes. Before Fieldturf came along, artificial turf was something to be avoided. The very phrase conjured up images of carpet and concrete, non-contact injuries, and careers ended prematurely. Natural grass was considered the only solution – even though it required constant maintenance and care. This was the environment in which they asked themselves the question:

“Can we make synthetic turf that is equal to or better than the best natural grass?”

In seeking the answer to this question, Fieldturf worked closely with athletes, former players, coaches, trainers, and doctors. Development included years of trials, tests, samples, equipment innovations and advanced formulas – all with the goal of developing an artificial turf system that combined the performance properties of natural grass with the benefits of a synthetic solution.  It worked.

Fieldturf chose to partner with HSJ, Inc. in Japan because of the impeccable reputation of HSJ.  HSJ convinced Fieldturf that their goal was to change sports in Japan.  Fieldturf agreed to help with the goal and to date we feel that change has happened.  http://www.fieldturf.com/

Oku-En-Tout-Cas, Ltd.

One of the oldest sports facility design and installation company in Japan.  OKU is most famous  for installing the Tokyo Olympic Games track.  With a sterling reputation for detailed design and excellent craftmanship, OKU was the only company HSJ, Inc. could consider to partner in Japan to distribute and install Fieldturf artificial grass for sports fields.

To date, working with OKU, we have managed to capture a significant share of the artificial grass market.  Some of the more significant installations include the Tokyo Dome, Nagasaki Stadium, Yokohama Stadium and Kawasaki Frontale practice soccer field.  Fieldturf through the efforts of HSJ and OKU changed sports in Japan.  http://www.oku.co.jp/
